TBM provided a good balance of training while simultaneously helping us to make operational improvements during our training weeks. They did exactly what they said they would do. They spent the time to listen to our needs and develop a customized approach. Now we are developing our lean leaders and can self-sustain our efforts.

Leadership Awareness, Networking,
and On-boarding

CEO Boot Camp:  A unique opportunity to interact closely, one-on-one with executive practitioners who aggressively leverage lean as a tool for market dominance.  The game-changing event includes tours of each facility and meetings with executive leadership at each location.  Client hosts discuss how they are successfully implementing and achieving their strategic objectives.  Attendees are able to immerse themselves for a brief period of time and see what these leaders have accomplished, understand how they’ve overcome hurdles, and learn first-hand how they achieved lasting culture change.

Leveraging LeanSigma for Growth: A top-level overview using discussion and interactive simulations that demonstrate how the LeanSigma methodology provides a platform for effective change. Discover what's required to lead your own transformation for gaining and sustaining market leadership.

Kaizen Breakthrough Experience: Experience the key concepts, tools and techniques used during a kaizen week.  Participate on one of three dedicated kaizen teams and drive immediate improvement.  Experience the dramatic bottom-line improvement and efficiency you can quickly achieve and sustain as your Kaizen team implements lean tools on the factory floor or in a business process support function.

TBM Lean Certification:  Program Leader:  Comprehensive, advanced lean certification training for candidates who want to learn how to lead a lean deployment.  This level of certification was developed for lean practitioners and program managers responsible for leading lean deployments or multi-site continuous improvement programs.  Graduates complete the program with hands-on lean implementation experience and knowledge to develop a lean transformation plan for a site, division or company.

LeanSigma Green Belt:  Hands-on, experiential belt training for operations professionals who need to combine lean and Six Sigma tools to rapidly implement high-impact business improvements. Green Belt certification provides candidates with LeanSigma principles, kaizen methodology and Six Sigma statistical problem-solving tools to create a faster approach to identifying and correcting problems.

LeanSigma Black Belt Training: Multi-week, experiential training for full-time, continuous improvement and quality team members.  The program provides advanced classroom and hands-on training to drive high-impact improvement. Black Belt certification teaches candidates how to lead Sigma Kaizen events and how to use kaizen to complete black belt projects in six weeks versus a typical six months.  The curriculum includes value-stream analysis and Six Sigma statistical problem-solving tools. LeanSigma Green Belt is not a prerequisite to LeanSigma Black Belt.
